We are Weighted Averages LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a Texas limited liability company.

We operate VoxWin AI, a virtual receptionist service accessible at voxwinai.com (the "Service"). Weighted Averages LLC also operates other products under different brand names, including BellexFire Agency at bellexfireagency.com. These Legal Terms govern your use of VoxWin AI specifically.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

VoxWin AI provides an AI virtual receptionist that answers your inbound business calls, schedules appointments on your behalf, and sends confirmations to callers. The service is designed for use by tradespeople, contractors, and small service businesses.

Your account

To use VoxWin AI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you configure on the service.

Free trial and activation

Account creation, configuration, and testing your AI assistant in the browser are free. We do not require a credit card to sign up. You only incur charges once you activate a real phone number and turn on live call handling. Activation is an explicit action you take through the service; we never charge you automatically.

Pricing and payment

Current pricing is provided before activation and is also available on request. After activation, you will be billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. If a payment fails, we will pause the service and notify you; we will not silently retry until the charge succeeds.

Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from within the portal. On cancellation, the service will end at the close of your current billing period and we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoxWin AI to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited or unconsented messages, including violations of TCPA, telemarketing laws, or applicable do-not-call rules.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Mislead callers about the nature of the AI assistant in jurisdictions where disclosure is required.
• Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Regulated industries

VoxWin AI is built for home-services and skilled trades - plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, contractors, landscapers, cleaning services, pest control, auto repair, and similar businesses where the call-to-booking workflow is straightforward.

We do not currently support businesses operating under industry-specific regulatory frameworks. This includes medical practices (HIPAA), legal services (attorney-client privilege), licensed financial advisors (SEC/FINRA), or insurance agents subject to state-specific call recording and disclosure rules. Adding compliant call handling for these verticals requires regulatory work we haven't done; until we do, please choose a service designed for your specific compliance needs.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your business data — your account information, configurations, services, FAQs, call recordings, transcripts, and bookings ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to use your Customer Data solely to provide the service.

VoxWin AI, including the AI assistant system, prompts generated from your inputs, software, designs, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Weighted Averages LLC. Your account grants you a license to use the service while it is active; it does not transfer ownership of the service or its components to you.

Recording and disclosure

Calls handled by VoxWin AI may be recorded for service operation, transcript generation, and quality improvement. You are responsible for ensuring that any required call-recording disclosures are made to your callers in compliance with the laws of your state and the states of your callers. We provide disclosure language as part of the service, but final compliance responsibility rests with you.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party providers (telephony, AI, cloud infrastructure) whose outages may affect availability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI assistant will handle every call perfectly, and you remain responsible for the operation of your business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weighted Averages LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weighted Averages LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to you by email.
