What you'll need to use VoxWin AI
VoxWin AI works alongside your existing setup. Here's what's required.
- A Google Calendar account (Google Workspace or personal Gmail)
- A business phone number you currently use
- A service address for Twilio E911 emergency calling
Use Outlook, Apple, or another calendar? Submit a support ticket before paying. We'd rather hear from you upfront than have you pay for something that won't work for your setup.

VoxWin AI is built for home-services and skilled trades - plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, contractors, landscapers, cleaning services, pest control, auto repair, and similar businesses where the call-to-booking workflow is straightforward.
Who VoxWin AI is not for
We do not currently support businesses operating under industry-specific regulatory frameworks. This includes medical practices (HIPAA), legal services (attorney-client privilege), licensed financial advisors (SEC/FINRA), or insurance agents subject to state-specific call recording and disclosure rules. Adding compliant call handling for these verticals requires regulatory work we haven't done; until we do, please choose a service designed for your specific compliance needs.
